Established in 1956, Bonfiglioli operates worldwide in 80 countries with 26 commercial sites, 20 production sites, a wide distribution network comprising more than 550 partners.
We were privileged to work with Bonfiglioli to assist with their relocation to a new purpose build facility Mangere, Auckland.
From the start, it was important that we were able to deliver a high-quality, compliant solution, that matched their own standards of excellence. This was a turn-key solution that involved design, supply, installation, and council consent.
Over multiple site visits, we worked with the team from initial design concepts through the refinements to final design. This collaborative approach to the design helped us to fully understand their unique requirements and ensure that the new facility would suit their current and future requirements.
As they were moving from an existing site, we also assisted with the dismantle and removal of their existing pallet racking which they were able to obtain a credit for.
To allow for future growth we designed and consented two stages of racking. This allows them to grow at their own pace without the initial expense of a full fitout. This strategy will make the installation of Stage Two less disruptive and will help to reduce costs relating to updating the consent when they do proceed.
